Unable to reprint a check

Refundo explains different situations in which a check is unable to be reprinted, and steps to take in order to resolve the issue.

Checks cannot be reprinted in certain situations. You will be unable to reprint a customers check if:

  • The check has been verified

  • The check has cleared

  • It has been more than 24 hours since the check was printed

When attempting to reprint the check you may receive an error message similar to the one below.

If you are unable to reprint the check. Please email to cx@refundo.com a color photo of the check with VOID written across the check (the portion the customer presents for payment).

Once the email is received, we will research and if applicable put a new check in your 'Checks Ready' tab.
