If you forget your password at the Dashboard login screen just click on the ‘Forgot?’ link as shown below.

Enter your EFIN and Username. Click on the ‘Reset Password’ link.

Next check the email attached to your account. You will see an email from Refundo with the subject line ‘Forgot your password on Refundo?’.

The email will contain a link, which will allow you to reset the password.

The office information is displayed as shown below:

You should select a new password and then enter it again to confirm it. Click on the ‘Set New Password’ link as shown below.
