Unendorsed (Check was not signed)
If a customer loses, misplaces or their check was stolen prior to being signed the Lost/Stolen Check form should be completed. The ERO should assist the customer in completing the form and witness the customer's signature.
The completed form should be attached to a ticket from the either the 2024 or 2025 dashboard. You can also email the form to cx@refundo.com (ATT: Lost/Stolen Check). Once researched and approved, a new check will be available in 'Ready To Print'.
Endorsed (Check was signed)
If a customer's check was signed and then lost, misplaced or stolen the Lost/Stolen Check form should be completed. The ERO should assist the customer in completing the form and witness the customer's signature.
The completed form should be emailed to cx@refundo.com. Once the check has expired (60 days), as long as the check has not been cashed, a new check will be issued.
