Event windows allow you to start entire campaigns or just specific campaign steps/events at a specific time, skip the campaign or event all together or only send in a specific time window. This is useful if you want to ensure your campaigns go out at a specific time, or within a specific time window (e.g 9am-9pm). As mentioned, you can have these settings for an entire campaign (Part 1 below) or just a specific step in the campaign (Part 2 below).

Campaign/Step Window Options:

When: When the campaign/step falls within this time, the campaign/step will send. In other words, if the campaign/step is triggered outside the set time, the campaign/step will wait until the approved time to send.

If: If the campaign/step falls within this time, the campaign/step will send. If the campaign/step is triggered outside the set time, the campaign/step will move on the the next set campaign/step (if applicable).

Exact (only for specific campaign events/steps): Sends at exact day and time

Step 1: Within a campaign, drop down Campaign Configuration

Step 2: Toggle on the Window option

Step 3: Customize the specific time you'd like the campaign step to be sent
