SMS and Email Templates are saved draft template that you can directly add copy into your campaign events or one-time communications. This is useful if you often find yourself sending a similar messages within campaigns or as a manual communication.
Part 1: How to Create an Email or SMS Template
Step 1: Navigate to SMS and Email Template → ADD Template → Choose Text or Email Template → Save
Part 2: Using Your New Template In A Campaign
Step 1: Navigate to Campaigns → Open the Campaign in which you want to use the template → Create (or edit) the event that you wish to use the template in → Select Your Template → Save
Part 3: Using a Template in Conversation with a Contact
Step 1: In Conversations, select the contact you wish to communicate with → Select SMS or Email at the bottom of the middle pane → Select your template → Edit as necessary → Send
