Stop On Response does exactly what it sounds like it does. It stops the campaign from continuing to move through the automation sequence once the lead replies. This is useful for most campaigns, especially campaigns that you only want sent when the lead is in a certain pipeline (e.g. you don’t want to keep sending a lead communication to nurture them into booking an appointment if they responded and said, “Yes, I’d like to book an appointment”)
Part 1: Enabling Stop on Response
Step 1: Within a campaign, drop down the Campaign Configuration menu and enable Stop on Response. Save the updated settings at the bottom of the drop-down.
