Triggers works in many ways one of which is that it works as a ‘prompt’ or reminder that a lead has replied or been added to a campaign. The trigger performs a specific activity that is set off by an event such as a lead being added to a campaign. This will gather information regarding when or if a possible lead will turn into a paying lead.
Part 1: Setting up a ‘Trigger’
Step 1: Navigate to Triggers → Add Trigger → Name your Trigger → Add Filters → Save → Activate. See GIF
