A whisper message is a short message, which only you hear on your end of the line when a call is connected with a lead. It can help you best serve your customers and have context for a call. To set up your whisper message, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Phone.

Step 2: Click the Edit icon next to the number you wish to update.

Step 3: Check the box for "Whisper Message" and write the message in the box.

Step 4: Click Update to save your changes.

Please note that you can utilize Custom Values in your Whisper Message. You can add things like #{{contact.full_name}} to hear the name of the lead you are about to be connected with.
