Currently Refundo does not support Microsofts web browser, Internet Explorer

Microsoft reportedly has not made updates to the Internet Explorer platform that are necessary for the level of security required by Refundo. We also find that the dashboard and the extraction utility simply do not work consistently in Explorer.

AS A RULE...

If a client calls in reporting strange and weird function in Refundo's Dashboard, we usually find that they are in something other than Chrome or Firefox.

Refundo supports Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. We strongly recommend that our clients use one of these supported web browsers
