Why was my NOW advance declined?

Due to consumer privacy laws, we are unable to discuss the specific reasons we were unable to approve your customers request for the NOW advance. 

Certain factors in the taxpayer application information, either alone or in combination, appear in a large number of applications where the tax refund is delayed or disallowed by the IRS. We will wait for the IRS to deposit your refund (once the IRS opens up e-file). The customer will receive a detailed explanation via postal mail within 30 days. 

We will process your refund as a refund transfer once the IRS or state funds your account.
