Lost or stolen check procedure

If a customer loses, misplaces or their check was stolen prior to being signed, the Check Replacement form should be completed.

Unendorsed (Check was not signed)

If a customer loses, misplaces or their check was stolen prior to being signed the Check Replacement form should be completed. The ERO should assist the customer in completing the form and witness the customer's signature.

The completed form should be emailed to cx@refundo.com. Once researched and approved a new check will be available in 'Ready To Print'.

Endorsed (Check was signed)

If a customer's check was signed and then lost, misplaced or stolen the Check Replacement form should be completed. The ERO should assist the customer in completing the form and witness the customer's signature.

The completed form should be emailed to cx@refundo.com. Once the check has expired (60 days) as long as the check has not been cashed a new check will be issued.
