This tutorial will show you how to reprint checks in Refundo.

You are allowed to reprint checks up to 3 times on your own without contacting Refundo support. If you see a "Contact support to allow this action" message, please see instructions at the bottom of this article

To Reprint:

  • Click on the "Checks" Tab from the left-side menu

  • In the checks "Ready to Print" screen, select the check you need to re-print and click on the "Print" button.

You will see a message like the one below, if you wish to proceed with the reprint then select the "Re-Print" button.

If the reprint request was successful, go to the "Ready to Print" tab and locate the check you would like to reprint.

You will now print the check as you normally would.

Error: Contact support to allow this action

There are various reasons why you may need to contact Refundo support to assist in re-printing a check:

  1. Check was printed over 24 hours ago

  2. Check has already been verified via the verification phone number

  3. Check has been re-printed 3 times

Once you see an error message in the Dashboard, you will need to void the last printed check and contact our support department at (908) 445-5544.

You will be asked to write "VOID" BIG and BOLD on the CHECK portion of the check stock, the section that shows the taxpayers name, address and amount. Then email it to cx@refundo.com.

Once we receive the voided check we will reset it for reprint and move it over to "Checks Ready to Print"

Please note: There may be an extended waiting period for this process. We ask that you please be patient as we handle your request. Requests are handled in the order they are received.
